The manager at Kimpton Paris was incredibly kind and tried to address our concerns. Unfortunately, it was too late and we chose to check out and find another hotel. However, the location of the hotel was fantastic and the rooms were newly renovated and clean. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from the rooftop bar. The breakfast selection was also impressive, especially the healthy options like the turmeric porridge and the shakshuka. Despite the shortcomings, I would still recommend this hotel overall.
